Hannah Lindsley is a Senior Director of Machine Learning at Indeed. She was trained as a linguist before finding her way into natural language processing and machine learning. She joined Indeed seven years ago to lead Pricing, later expanding into Bidding and the Ad Auction, and now leads Product for Indeed's AI Screening team. She likes applying science to practical problems and is happiest when she can take something complex and make it useful.
