The Indeed FutureWorks in-person event is designed for Talent Acquisition leaders of all backgrounds who are hiring at scale. Virtual attendance at Indeed FutureWorks is for all HR professionals. Regardless of your title, there’s something for everyone at Indeed FutureWorks.

This year’s hybrid event will be held virtually and in-person at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, TX on September 26th, 2024.

A welcome reception party will be held on September 25th, 2024 for in-person ticket holders. Attendees must be over 21 to attend the welcome party.

For those unable to attend in-person, we are pleased to offer Indeed FutureWorks virtually so you can join us from wherever you are on September 26th, 2024.

Yes, sessions eligible for SHRM and HRCI educational credits will display the respective logos on their descriptions.

SHRM: Indeed is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. See usage guide for additional requirements.

HRCI: This Program ID:  674005 , has been approved for 7.25 HR (General)  recertification credit hours toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).

Following the close of Indeed FutureWorks, please email indeedfutureworks@indeed.com with the subject line “Educational Credits” and list the sessions you attended to receive the codes needed to claim credit.

Yes. We are excited to offer a conference-enhancing mobile app. More details and a link will be provided as we get closer to the conference.

There are two main airports in the Dallas area. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport services many different airlines and is roughly a 25 minute drive from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. Dallas Love Field airport services Southwest airlines and is roughly a 20 minute drive to the convention center. Both airports are great options to fly into for Indeed FutureWorks!

After you register, you will be prompted to book a hotel within the Indeed room block. Your registration ID is required to book a hotel. We’ve negotiated a reduced rate of $279 + tax & fees for Indeed FutureWorks attendees at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, the official conference hotel. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to the convention center. Shuttles will be available for attendees.

Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas is located at 650 S Griffin St, Dallas, TX 75202. Indeed FutureWorks registration will be located in the F lobby of the Convention Center. If you’re walking, we recommend entering through the Omni Dallas Hotel at 555 S. Lamar St., Dallas, TX 75202. Head to Level 2, where you’ll find a Skywalk to the Convention Center.

Parking is available in the main parking garage at the intersection of Memorial Dr. & S Griffin St. Please proceed to Level G. We’ll provide validations closer to the event for anyone parking onsite. For a full list of parking and transportation options, check out the venue’s website.

Shuttles will run from the Hyatt Regency Dallas to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center starting Wednesday through Thursday evening. We’ll share the full schedule later through the mobile app.

While there are no age restrictions to attend the conference on September 26th, you must be 21+ to attend the evening receptions on September 25th and 26th. All attendees must be registered and have purchased an in-person ticket.

Tickets for the Indeed FutureWorks in-person event is completely sold out, and we’re unable to accommodate any additional registrations at the venue. However, you can still be part of the conversation by registering for the virtual event, where you’ll gain valuable insights to help make hiring simpler, faster, and more human.

Attendees typically dress business/smart casual.

Yes – the in-person experience will be $499 USD, however, the virtual experience is complimentary. Taxes are included in the ticket fees.

Indeed will be taking photographs and video throughout the duration of the event on September 25th and 26th. These photos and video footage will be used in future marketing promotions including but not limited to emails, social media, direct mail pieces, and more. Please stop by the help desk located next to registration with any questions or concerns.

Yes, the venue is fully equipped with WiFi.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day on Thursday, along with beverages. Light bites will be available at both the welcome and closing parties. Stop by our FutureWorks café to fuel up with coffee and tea. When registering, please make note of any food allergies so our team can help accommodate you.

No, the virtual experience is complimentary.

The health and safety of our clients, employees, attendees, and other guests is always our top priority. We will follow current government and venue health and safety guidelines for event locations.

The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center features accessible entrances, restrooms, and elevators.

Our virtual experiences continually strive to meet the needs of all people defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508. More information on how to navigate the platform will be provided closer to the event.

You can email indeedfutureworks@indeed.com for any accessibility related questions. We appreciate all requests to be made 30 days in advance of the event, but there will be an opportunity to acknowledge additional needs at registration.

If you need to cancel your existing in-person registration or prefer to switch to the digital experience, you may do so by submitting a request to indeedfutureworks@indeed.com by the dates outlined below for a full or partial refund.

Cancellation date and refund amount:
May 1st – June 30th, 2024: 100%
July 1st – August 24th, 2024: 50%
August 25th – September 26th, 2024: 0%

The last day to modify OR cancel your registration is August 24th, 2024. After that date, you will be charged the full registration fee.
