This year’s hybrid event takes place virtually and in person at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ.

Yes. Indeed FutureWorks 2026 offers a virtual attendance option that includes live-streamed keynote sessions and select breakout content. You can register for the virtual event here.

The Indeed FutureWorks in-person event is designed for Talent Acquisition leaders of all backgrounds who are hiring at scale. Virtual attendance at Indeed FutureWorks is for all HR professionals. Regardless of your title, there’s something for everyone at Indeed FutureWorks.

In-Person Registration Includes:

Virtual Registration Includes:

The venue is centrally located, just under a 10-minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), making it easily accessible for travelers.

We’ve secured special discounted rates at two nearby hotels:

Hyatt Regency Phoenix: $219 per night (plus taxes and fees), conveniently located directly across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center.
Sheraton Phoenix Downtown: $169 per night (plus taxes and fees), approximately a 5 minute walk to the Convention Center.

The Phoenix Convention center is located at 100 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

There are no age restrictions to attend the conference. However, you must be 21 or older to attend the evening receptions. All attendees must be registered and have purchased an in-person ticket.

Attendees typically wear business or smart casual attire.

Yes, the in-person experience costs $999 USD, with taxes and fees included. The virtual experience is complimentary.

Indeed will be taking photographs and video throughout the duration of the event. These photos and video footage will be used in future marketing promotions including but not limited to emails, social media, direct mail pieces, and more. Please stop by the help desk located next to registration with any questions or concerns.

Yes, the venue is fully equipped with WiFi.

Yes, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday to keep you fueled throughout the day. Food will also be available during evening events. Please be sure to note any dietary restrictions during registration so our team can accommodate you.

No, the virtual experience is complimentary.

Platform access will be shared with registered attendees the week of August 31st, 2026.

Yes, the Phoenix Convention Center is an ADA-compliant facility and offers extensive accessibility features, including accessible entrances, parking, restrooms, meeting rooms, and exhibit halls. The venue supports wheelchair access throughout public spaces, provides accommodations for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing (including assistive listening systems), and welcomes service animals.

You can email indeedfutureworks@​indeed.com for any accessibility-related questions. We appreciate all requests to be made 30 days in advance of the event, but there will be an opportunity to acknowledge additional needs at registration.

Indeed is working toward achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. We are making our events, including Indeed FutureWorks, more sustainable and reducing our global impact as part of this commitment.

If you need to cancel your existing in-person registration or prefer to switch to the digital experience, you may do so by submitting a request to indeedfutureworks@​indeed.com by the dates outlined below, and you will receive a full or partial refund.

Cancellation date and refund amount:
April 1st – June 30th, 2026: 100%
July 1st – August 13th, 2026: 50%
August 14th – September 4th, 2026: 0%

The last day to modify OR cancel your registration is August 13th, 2026. After that date, you will be charged the full registration fee.

If the event is cancelled by Indeed, registrants will be extended a full refund. However, Indeed cannot be responsible for related travel or personal expenses.
