Ben Dolan

Ben Dolan is a senior retail and talent acquisition executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in retail operations, workforce strategy, merchandising, marketing, membership, and international business. As Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Product Connections (Acosta Group), he leads recruiting, outsourced labor, and call center operations supporting more than 12,000 field employees across North America. Previously, he held executive leadership roles at Sam's Club. Ben earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of the Ozarks. He and his family reside in Northwest Arkansas.
