Molly Q. Ford is the Vice President of Employer Brand & Talent Experience at Salesforce. She leads the strategy to attract top talent as well as connecting and inspiring the company’s 83k+ global employees. An IBM and Cisco tech veteran, Molly’s expertise across Public Relations, HR, and Customer Advocacy allows her to build authentic workplace cultures. Molly also founded Salesforce’s Office of Equality, turning a personal mission into a core business function. She is a TEDx speaker and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Foundation, advocating for racial and economic equity. Molly is a graduate of San Jose State University.
