Owen Humphries

Owen Humphries is President of Glassdoor, where he oversees the Glassdoor brand and its product, technology, and marketing teams. He is responsible for driving Glassdoor’s growth strategy and strengthening its position as a trusted leader on insights about jobs and companies. Earlier in his career, Owen led teams for The Boston Consulting Group, supporting technology clients with strategic transformation efforts. Humphries also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge, where he graduated with honors. Owen’s first job was pruning trees in Wales, where he learned that there is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothing.
